D I S P O S I T I V A: Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL TRÁNSITO Y AGRARIO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, administrando Justicia en NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA, y por Autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA EXTINGUIDO EL PROCESO de la demanda de Divorcio, propuesta por la ciudadana: COROMOTO DEL CARMEN ARRIECHI en contra del ciudadano: JESUS ANTONIO NAVAS ULACIO, antes identificados en autos, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Articulo 757 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.- Así se decide.- Publíquese, regístrese y déjese copia certificada.- Archívese el Expediente.- Dada, sellada y firmada en la Sala del JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL MERCANTIL Y AGRARIO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA.- En Acarigua, a los Diez (10) días del mes de Enero del Dos Mil Doce.- AÑOS: 201° y 152°.
