Por las razones expuestas y sus fundamentos, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO Y AGRARIO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA. ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA LA SEPARACIÓN LEGAL DE CUERPOS EN DIVORCIO de los ciudadanos: ENDER ANTONIO PARRA LINAREZ Y YUSMAY DEL CARMEN QUINTERO GONZALEZ, ya identificados, en consecuencia, queda DISUELTO el matrimonio contraído por los referidos ciudadanos ante el Registro Civil de Municipio Araure del Estado Portuguesa, en fecha QUINCE DE DICIEMBRE DEL DOS MIL CINCO (15-12-2005), según Acta de Matrimonio Nº 366. Publíquese, regístrese y déjense las copias correspondientes.
