´III DISPOSITIVO CAUTELAR Por todos los fundamentos legales antes señalados, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, con sede en esta ciudad de Acarigua, actuando en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA, administrando justicia y por autoridad de la Ley, resuelve declarar: PRIMERO: PROCEDENTE LA MEDIDA DE PROHIBICIÓN DE ENAJENAR Y GRAVAR sobre un bien inmueble constituido por una (1) casa Quinta, ubicada en la Urbanización El Pilar, Calle Los Bucares, Casa No. 162, Araure, Municipio Araure del estado Portuguesa, inscrito en fecha 02/11/2015, ante la oficina del REGISTRO PÚBLICO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ARAURE, AGUA BLANCA Y SAN RAFAEL DE ONOTO, ESTADO PORTUGUESA, bajo el Nro. 2015.1572, asiento registral 1 del inmueble matriculado con el No. 402.16.1.1.13802 y correspondiente al libro de folio real del año 2015.
