Resumen: Se Declara NULO EL AUTO DE FECHA 23 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2006, DICTADO POR EL JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y TRANSITO DEL ESTADO LARA, EN EL CUAL OYÓ EN UN SOLO EFECTO LA APELACIÓN INTERPUESTA POR EL ABOGADO EDILIO CENTENO BAZAN, CONTRA LA ACLARATORIA DE LA SENTENCIA DICTADA POR ÉL EL 08/11/2006 E INADMISIBLE LA APELACIÓN INTERPUESTA POR ÉSTE CONTRA DICHA ACLARATORIA EL DÍA 13/11/2006. No hay condenatoria en costas por la naturaleza de dicha decisión.
