III DISPOSITIVA Por los fundamentos anteriormente expuestos este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y TRÁNSITO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la pretensión de ESTIMACIÓN E INTIMACIÓN DE HONORARIOS PROFESIONALES, incoada por los abogados ELISEO ANTONIO GIMENEZ MELENDEZ y JOSÉ RAMON MEJIAS suficientemente identificados en el presente fallo, contra el ciudadano JOSÉ ANGEL LUCENA JIMENEZ. En consecuencia, SE CONDENA al ciudadano JOSÉ ANGEL LUCENA JIMENEZ, al pago de SIETE MIL SETECIENTOS DOLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA ( 7.700 USD ), por concepto de las asistencias y actuaciones judiciales que en su patrocinio ejercieron los abogados ELISEO ANTONIO GIMENEZ MELENDEZ y JOSÉ RAMON MEJIAS, por ante el JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y TRANSITO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSC.....
