-III- DECISIÓN: En virtud de las anteriores consideraciones, este Tribunal TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS PÁEZ Y ARAURE DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, actuando en sede civil, administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la demanda de RECONOCIMIENTO DE DOCUMENTO PRIVADO, incoada por el ciudadano: SALVADOR MIGUEL PREVETE ANZOLA, venezolano, soltero, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-18.671.147, debidamente asistido por la abogada GREFF DE JESUS CASTILLO ESTRADA, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-24.587.979 e inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 233.876; contra: La ciudadana: ADELA AUXILIADORA ANZOLA ALMARIO, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-4.200.259.
