D I S P O S I T I V A. Por todo lo antes señalado éste TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO CON COMPETENCIA EN RÉGIMEN PROCESAL TRANSITORIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y ADOLESCENTES DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley DECLARA CON LUGAR, la demanda de Divorcio intentada por la ciudadana ANGI YESENIA MOLINA RIVERO, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº 11.540.594, en contra de su cónyuge JAIRO RAMON ROSALES CONTRERAS, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº 11.071.887, ambos identificados en autos, fundamentada en el ordinal tercero del artículo 185 del Código Civil. En consecuencia, SE DECLARA DISUELTO EL VINCULO CONYUGAL que une a los antes identificados ciudadanos, el cual fue contraído en fecha 13 de mayo de 2005, por ante el Registro Civil.....
