Por las razones expuestas y sus fundamentos, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO Y AGRARIO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA. ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA LA SEPARACIÓN LEGAL DE CUERPOS EN DIVORCIO de los ciudadanos: JAIBER ANTONIO AGUILAR CASTAÑO Y JENNY DEL PILAR RODRIGUEZ ROA, ya identificados, en consecuencia, queda DISUELTO el matrimonio contraído por los referidos ciudadanos ante el Registro Civil de Municipio Páez del Estado Portuguesa, en fecha CINCO DE OCTUBRE DEL DOS MIL SIETE (05-10-2007) según Acta de Matrimonio Nº 410. Publíquese, regístrese y déjense las copias correspondientes.
