En lo referente a la cuantía, el demandado solo se limito a decir "la misma indica diferentes cantidades" pero no hace alusión al respecto que quiere decir con los mismos; motivos estos que me llevan a DESESTIMAR TAL PROCEDIMIENTO y siendo inexorablemente SE DECLARA SIN LUGAR LAS CUESTIONES PREVIAS PROPUESTAS.- ASI SE DECIDE.- La Juez, FDO.
